The circle symbolizes the members and friends of our group.

The «M » inside the circle replicates the MECCANO typestyle used from 1909 to 1979 and stands for the members within the province of Quebec .

The extension of the M beyond the circle forms the letter Q for Quebec and also represents our members who reside or exhibit outside the province.

The orientation of the slots in the bolt heads conveys the interest that radiates throughout the province and beyond.

The dark green reflects the English origins; the gold, French heritage and the zinc the modern tendency of the hobby.
